BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after a number of indicators saying "school shooter" were present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Security introduced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple expenses.

An increased amount of cops had been placed at schools in the communities on account of the indicators. A number of colleges initiated lockdowns as a precaution shortly after.

Hanson allegedly placed the indicators across the communities, the Department of Security mentioned, but they decided there isn't any credible threat at the moment.

One such signal was written on a paper plate. The safety department launched a photo of the plate however blurred a part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation." 

Hanson was arrested on a felony cost of felony threatening and three misdemeanor expenses together with false report back to law enforcement, false public alarm and prison threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.

No other suspects have been charged presently.
