Mike Tyson will not face charges in altercation with JetBlue passenger, district legal professional says

A California district legal professional declined to file costs Tuesday in opposition to former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson after he was recorded on video in a physical altercation with another passenger on a JetBlue flight.

Cellphone video showed Tyson, 55, appearing to attempt to punch somebody who was pushing him away. Representatives for Tyson mentioned the particular person was harassing Tyson. The video didn't show what happened before the altercation.
