Fernando Dallorso, the overall manager of Cipriani in New York, instructed the New York Times that Zamperoni was a “devoted exhausting worker” who cooked six days per week and “by no means missed a day of work.”
The kitchen staff mourned the loss, Dallorso instructed the Instances.
