Online diary: Buffalo gunman plotted assault for months

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman accused of massacring 10 Black people at a Buffalo supermarket wrote way back to November about staging a livestreamed attack on African Individuals, practiced taking pictures from his automobile and traveled hours from his dwelling in March to scout out the store, in line with detailed diary entries he appears to have posted on-line.
