DALLAS - The excessive courtroom will permit a wrongful demise lawsuit to proceed towards town of Dallas and 4 police officers.
The family of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

These are the states covered by the Fifth Circuit Courtroom of Appeals ruling permitting the swimsuit to continue.
