Wife filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their dwelling.

The police say that telephone had a whole lot of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any photos similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they have been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical costs as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
