Spouse stuffed husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in keeping with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their home.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the phone he was using didn't have any photographs similar to the ones Moore became them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been pals and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his primary cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical charges in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
