Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with child porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading tons of of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the machine and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their home.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of pictures of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the cellphone he was using did not have any photos just like the ones Moore became them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
