Wife crammed husband’s cellphone with baby porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn of their residence.

The police say that telephone had hundreds of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any photos much like the ones Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been associates and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
