Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in entrance of household throughout domestic violence call

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a family that known as police throughout a fraught home violence call.

The Santa Clara County District Legal professional’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order call on the night of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a domestic violence restraining order towards him had allegedly violated the order and was on the household’s dwelling, in response to an announcement of facts provided by the District Lawyer’s Workplace.

After Dominguez was handed the monitor, the mom alleged that Dominguez unzipped his pants and began rubbing his crotch. The daughter additionally allegedly witnessed this.

Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mother a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly adopted her into the kitchen.

As he rotated to face Ms. S, she “noticed Officer Dominguez’s penis outdoors of his pants totally exposed,” the assertion learn.

The mother and daughter then went to find Mr. A, the father, and so they known as an uncle who was near the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “saw Officer Dominguez going through out of the kitchen together with his erect penis in his left hand and his right hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the home; a few minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went again to work.
