Juveniles Crash Stolen Automobile Near White Home: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen car into a concrete security barrier close to the White House, the U.S. Secret Service said.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The car slammed into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at 17th Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front throughout the road from a Secret Service guard publish, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the street.

There have been two juveniles in the car. Both had been taken to a hospital and at the moment are in steady situation, officials mentioned. We don't know their precise ages.

They’re anticipated to face prices.
