The Supreme Courtroom upheld a federal appeals court docket’s ruling that will permit the case to proceed.

"The choice means that the case can proceed to trial and that there will probably be no more delays from any appellate courtroom. Those are the states covered by the Fifth Circuit Courtroom of Appeals ruling permitting the swimsuit to continue.
Three years in the past, the Dallas district lawyer dropped legal costs against three of the officers.
