Household of Abducted Lady Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now residence after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airways Middle. But the household nonetheless seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough concerning the crime, which had the lady as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that means (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims towards them for their negligence and other causes of action.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father informed police on the game when he realized she was missing. But, according to the legal professional, the father was told to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police. 

Fortenberry claims NRH police mentioned they weren’t in a position to assist as a result of the incident occurred in Dallas.
